We are currently experiencing issues with the connection to Teleplan. Please wait to submit batches until after the connection is restored.

Teleplan connection is still down with no ETA. We will follow up with them in the morning.

Teleplan has updated us that the issue is resolved.

If you have tried to submit billings during the outage, please make sure to go to your Data Centre > Not Yet Submitted and send your batches.
