The "Send to Office" function to send a fax to another office is down at the moment. The development team is aware and investigating the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused and will update you when we have more information.

In the meantime, faxes can be forwarded from the Flexbox using zip:

1. Open the fax.
2. Click the "Send Forward" button on the top of the window.
3. Search the for recipient and make sure that "Zip to" is selected as the option in the send method drop-down.

Please let us know if you have any trouble sending zips.
